Product Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Earthlite portable table or chair, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Return must be pre-approved by Earthlite, in like-new condition and in the original packaging with the original receipt of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
Portable Tables and Chairs: Earthlite guarantees our portable tables an chairs and headrests, excluding foam and vinyl, against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product, or for fixe years after the model is discontinued. The foam and vinyl are warranted for three years from the original date of purchase. This warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.
Electric Lift Tables and Stationary Tables: Our electric lift tables and stationary tables have a lifetime warranty on the frame. The lift motor and controls have a 2-year warranty from original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents or neglect.
Accessories: Our accessories are warranted for 1 year from original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
